If you are under the age of 18, you are subject to Vermont’s Graduated License laws.  At 15 year old, you may begin the process towards becoming a fully licensed driver by passing the VT permit test and earning your learner’s permit.  After receiving your permit, you may begin driving however you must be accompanied by a licensed adult 25 years of age older at all times for a period of one year.
