Do you know what broken white line lane markings indicate?  Do you know when to dim your headlights?  Rhode Island permit practice test 4 includes even more questions on the rules of the road to ensure you get the practice you need before test day.  Modeled after the real exam, this practice test features 40 multiple choice questions based on the information found in the Rhode Island Driver’s Handbook.  Like the real exam, you will need to answer 80 percent of the questions correctly.  Answer a question incorrectly and you will be provided with instant feedback.

You can expect questions on the rules of the road, including:

Even though Rhode Island is geographically small, it offers varied driving experiences. In the west you will find the New England Upland region with hilly forests and scenic lakes. In the east you will find the Seaboard Lowlands with long flat open rides, sandy beaches and salt marshes to explore. Passing your permit test and becoming a licensed driver will give you everything you need to have a wonderful time on the roads of the state.

If you want to drive in the state of Rhode Island and you do not have a license, you will have to get a Rhode Island Learners Permit. You must be at least 16 years old to take the test. You must also be a Rhode Island Resident or a resident of another State enrolled in an Rhode Island Driver Education & Training.
