When can I apply for a learner's permit in Michigan?
You can apply for a Learner’s Permit in Michigan when you are 14 years and 9 months old.
What are the requirements to get my learner's permit?
To receive your learner’s permit or license you will need to have completed a Segment 1 Driver Course. As part of this course you will need to pass a written knowledge test that covers rules of the road, signs and basic vehicle safety and operation.
How many questions are on the Michigan permit test?
The test has 50 questions on it.
